RECIPE : DURIAN CREPE


Durian Crepe

Ingredients:


Crepe

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 500ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon yellow food coloring

Durian Filling
  • 1 cup Non Dairy Whipping Cream
  • Durian flesh


Ways:

Crepe

  • Mix all ingredients and blend and hence then filtered
  • Heating pan that is flat and put little oil
  • Pour 1 ladle above pan and even until flat become crepe

Durian Filling
  • Spread out 1 plate crepe
  • Put Non Dairy Whipping Cream in part middle
  • Put durian flesh
  • Folding neatly crepe and cool in refrigerator

Durian Crepe..Delicious!!
