Durian Crepe
Ingredients:
Crepe
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 500ml coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yellow food coloring
- 1 cup Non Dairy Whipping Cream
- Durian flesh
Crepe
- Mix all ingredients and blend and hence then filtered
- Heating pan that is flat and put little oil
- Pour 1 ladle above pan and even until flat become crepe
- Spread out 1 plate crepe
- Put Non Dairy Whipping Cream in part middle
- Put durian flesh
- Folding neatly crepe and cool in refrigerator
